Mrs. Zeinab Musavi a girl who grew up outside of her country for a way from her own country With a lot of effort Mrs. Zainab Musavi was accepted at Isfahan university in the field of clinical psychology Besides studying she started to serve at the school of afghan immigrants and provide them psychological and academic services she always wanted to serve to her afghan immigrants .

In 2012 she came back to her own country with a lot of experiment and knowledge and with great motivation to serve to her compatriots in first step she established a place by the name of (Beta Empowerments organization which provides psychological and consultant and academic services to women which increased their knowledge and their capacity to find easily job and serve to country and society.

In 2015 she founded (Behrawan Research and Psychology Services Organization) and she started her work as a vice chancellor of this organization.

In this organization, she provided consultant and psychological programs to women and children also an empowerment program for autistic kids she also started an academic program for whom studied psychology .

In 2018 went to Iran to continue her study she started a master's program in the clinical psychology field and in 2020 she successfully obtained her master's degree in clinical psychology and came back to Afghanistan and worked as chief in (Behrawan Research and Psychology Services Organization) one of her important service as chief of (Behrawan Research Psychology Services Organization) which is unforgettable and memorable to our people and to whom injured (physically or mentally) in suicide attack on Sayed Al Shohada high school beside that she provided  25 number scholarship from Al Zahra university to Sayed Al Shohada high school students she was also a teacher and consultant psychologist in Rabia Balkhi and Goharshad universities .
